If you are in another country other than the one in which you have contracted your company, you will probably have to activate data roaming or roaming, to do so; Settings > Connection/Networks and internet > SIM card/mobile networks > data roaming. Finally. you will need to have the latter option activated.
Lack of data
If you see the icon that you have the connection enabled but the internet is not working, it is likely that you have no mobile data left to surf the internet.

Type of connection
