Conditions of service

To be eligible for this collaboration, the influencer must meet the following requirements:

3. Be interested in a long-term collaboration with Axarfusion.

4. Be willing to promote our brand and services in your channel or social networks.

If you are selected for the collaboration, we offer you the following:

1. A free fiber optic connection for an agreed period of time.

2. Visibility in your channels and social networks, with the possibility of appearing in our advertising campaigns.

3. The opportunity to be part of a long-term partnership with a leading company in the fiber optic market.

In order to maintain our partnership, the influencer must comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Promote our brand and services in your channel or social networks in a positive way.

2. Comply with the deadlines and requirements agreed upon in the collaboration agreement.

3. Provide a periodic report on the results and performance of the collaboration.

4. Refrain from working with brands that may be considered direct competitors of Axarfusion during the collaboration period.

5. The influencer agrees not to defame, damage or jeopardize the image or reputation of Axarfusion.

6. If the influencer wishes to cancel the collaboration before the end of the agreed period, he/she must notify Axarfusion at least 30 days in advance.

7. Axarfusion reserves the right to terminate the collaboration agreement if the influencer does not comply with the agreed terms and conditions.

8. Axarfusion may use the content created by the influencer in its own advertising campaigns, provided that the influencer is credited and prior consent is obtained.

9. The influencer agrees to comply with the rules and regulations applicable to his or her influencer activity, as well as to comply with local and national laws and regulations at all times.

10. Axarfusion reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the partnership at any time, provided that the influencer is notified in advance.

11. The influencer agrees that the fiber optic connection offered by Axarfusion is for personal and non-commercial use.

12. The influencer agrees not to disclose, share or transmit the fiber optic connection provided by Axarfusion to third parties without prior authorization.
