What do I need to sign up for fibre optic broadband with Axarfusión?
It’s very easy! Check your coverage and choose the rate you want on our website. Once you have filled in the requested information, you will need to attach a copy of a utility bill and a photocopy of both sides of your ID card.
You can also sign up for your tariff by calling 951 83 33 33 or at one of the Axarfusion offices, where they will tell you how and when to send the necessary documentation to start enjoying Axarfusion fibre optic broadband.
What fibre optic speeds do you offer?
We guarantee 600Mb symmetrical speed on all our fibre connections.
In specific cases, we can provide speeds of up to 1Gb. Please do not hesitate to contact us on 951 83 33 33 so that we can analyse the possibilities.
Are there any installation costs?
None!
If it is necessary to install pipes, gutters, or carry out construction work in order to complete the installation, this labour and material is not included in the FREE INSTALLATION. It will be quoted separately with no obligation.
When will I start receiving fibre once I have signed up?
Our technicians will install everything as quickly as possible. Including the Axarfusion Wi-Fi router! We will call you to arrange a date and time that suits you. The installation period is 14 days, but we are usually very quick and you will have your fibre connection up and running within 2 to 5 days. Beforehand, of course, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
What coverage does Axarfusión offer?
Axarfusion’s fibre optic network is independent and does not depend on other operators.
