GENERAL
All prices include VAT. Prices are valid except for typographical errors. Offers subject to geographical availability.
All equipment is the property of Axarfusion SL and must be returned at the end of the contract period.
INTERNET
600 MB FIBER
Up to 600 Mbps downstream and 600 Mbps upstream. Wifi router included.
PROMOTION: Pay 6 months in advance and get 1 month free.
FREE INSTALLATION: One free installation per customer, if the customer requests the cancellation of the service and wants to register again later, he/she will have to pay the installation cost of 50€ + VAT. If it is necessary the installation of pipes, gutters, works to achieve the installation, this work and material is not included in the FREE INSTALLATION. A separate quotation will be provided without obligation.
MOVING: House removals have a cost of 50€ + VAT.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE: Customers who do not need the connection all year round can enjoy our maintenance service as long as they have been connected for at least 6 months (In case they want to use it immediately or before 6 months, the customer must pay the installation fee of 50€ + VAT). During the maintenance period the internet service is disconnected and the fee is reduced to 5€ per month depending on the maintenance of the installed equipment. To reactivate the service, the customer only has to request it by email to info@axarfusion.es . The service must be active for a minimum period of 1 month.

You will have an Internet connection, with the same quality, but with no monthly fee. You will only pay through 7, 15 or 30 day bonuses. One-time setup and installation fee of 99€ VAT included.

Flat Rate 3000: up to 3000 free minutes/month in calls to national landlines/mobiles and international landlines in Zone A. Max. 250 different destinations. If the contracted minutes are exceeded, the excess will be billed according to current rates. Flat Rate 5000
No call set-up or line maintenance. Check current rates at your store or by calling 951 83 33 33 33. Flat Rate 5000: up to 5000 free minutes/month in calls to national and international landlines/mobiles of Zone A. Max. 250 different destinations. If the contracted minutes are exceeded, the excess will be billed according to current rates. (Zone A) Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Gibraltar, France, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela, USA and Canada.
Installation of fixed line service on WiMAX has a one-time installation fee of 32,50€ + VAT.
MOBILE
Service for personal use only. The user shall refrain from using the AXARFUSION MOBILE Service in an illicit or abusive manner, including the use of the same for specific electrical, electronic and/or telecommunication systems or equipment, such as, for example: baby monitor, Walkie Talkie, Switchboard, etc. Nor may it be used for commercial purposes in businesses or companies identified as Locutorios or Cybercafé. Likewise, by way of example and not limitation, unreasonable or irregular use is presumed when the Customer uses more than 3,000 minutes per month, calls to more than 150 different destinations or makes continuous calls lasting more than 60 minutes on average.
Unlimited rates limited to 3000 minutes and 150 different destinations. Exceeding these limits: National calls: 0.084 €/min. Establishment of call: 0,00 €/call. National SMS: 0.097 €/SMS. International SMS: 0,24 €/SMS. Once the contracted GB is exceeded, you will be able to continue surfing without interruptions 1 more GB at 16 kbps courtesy of Axarfusion. *See rest of price conditions in store.
International Tariff Conditions:
INCLUDING LANDLINE AND MOBILE FROM FRANCE, GERMANY, UK, IRELAND, BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, DENMARK, SWEDEN, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, AUSTRIA, FINLAND, GREECE, ICELAND, USA, CANADA. No call set-up fee for international calls. Once the minutes included in the tariff have been used, national calls are charged at 0.084€/minute (no call set-up fee).
National SMS price: 0,097€.
International SMS price: 0,24€.
Prices include VAT.
No permanence.
Countries not included and other international minutes according to the standard rate per country.
FAIR USE POLICY
Unlimited calls to national landlines and mobiles comprise up to 3,000 minutes in each monthly billing cycle, charged at 0.084€/min from 150 destinations.
The use of ‘baby monitors’, ‘walkie talkie’ or similar is prohibited, and only use of the line for telephone calls is permitted in compliance with the reasonable use policy.
The SIM delivered will only be valid for conventional mobile devices.
Calls to short numbers and premium rate services (901, 902, 80x, 70x, etc.) are not included in the tariff.
Use in sim-boxes, call shops, telephone exchanges or any other way in which calls are made in bulk is prohibited. Prohibited use of the SIM card will result in billing at a rate of €0.084/min, as well as legal action in the event of fraud or mass calls, as well as immediate suspension of the line.
TV
Free access to TV and Radio channels included in your Internet package. Axarfusión reserves the right to vary the offer at any time and without prior notice of the channels offered according to the needs of the company or broadcast.
Service available on Samsung, LG Smart TVs and some Android and iOS (Apple) devices. If you do not have a Smart TV or an Android or iOS device, you need a device to view the videos for a one-time fee of €60 + VAT.
